The Centre is run by a Management
Committee of interested individuals some of whom also have
connections with development and environmental organisations.
The committee is convened by a former senior lecturer from the
B.Ed course at Dundee University Faculty of Education. Other
members include the Area Co-ordinator for Christian Aid in
Central and North Scotland and one of Oxfam's Curriculum
Advisers.
The Management Committee employ
two part-time workers:

The workers, helped by volunteers,
carry out the day-to-day activities of the Centre and meet
regularly with the Management Committee.
